Remove all explainer sections. Hero is coordinates + 3 lines.
Dash mock moves into hero as right-column visual. Transmissions
are the whole story. Let it breathe.

No hints this is scripted. Site now reads as a community
documenting something they genuinely can't explain. The
car is a Banksy of the streets — appearing, disappearing,
footage that doesn't add up. We're the people tracking it.
